Once you place an order, we usually require 1–2 business days to process it. However, orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take slightly longer. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped, and the average delivery time is 8–10 business days.

On the information page, you must enter the correct address details. Make sure all information is accurate. Once this information is correctly completed, click on the “Proceed to Shipping” button.

On the “Shipping” page, you have the option to review the address information you entered. It is also noted that each shipment is completely free of charge. As a token of appreciation to our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by clicking on the “Proceed to Payment” button.

In the payment options, you can choose between different payment methods. On mabelandmae.com, all payment options are SSL encrypted, which means you can always rely on a secure payment environment. Once you have selected the correct payment method, click on the “Complete Order” button, and you will be redirected to your chosen payment method. Cancellation Terms

Due to our automated fulfilment process, orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After this period, the order is forwarded to our fulfilment team and can no longer be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep your order after processing has begun, you may return it after delivery in accordance with our return policy. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is no minimum order quantity required.
