Once you place an order, we usually require 1–2 working days to process it. However, orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take slightly longer. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped, and the average delivery time is 8–10 business days.

Please check that you have selected the correct variants. If everything is correct, click “Proceed to Checkout”. On the information page, enter your correct address details. Make sure all information is accurate. Once completed, click “Proceed to Shipping”.

On the “Shipping” page, you can review the address information you entered. It is also noted that each shipment is completely free of charge. As a token of appreciation to our customers, we always pay the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by clicking “Proceed to Payment”.

Once you have selected your payment method, click “Complete Order” and you will be redirected to your chosen payment provider. Follow the instructions on that page to complete your order. Cancellation Terms:

Due to our automated fulfilment process, orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After this period, the order is forwarded to our fulfilment team and can no longer be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep your order after processing has begun, you may return it after delivery in accordance with our return policy. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping Costs:

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is no minimum order quantity required.
